Why Are Congressmen Promoting the Federation of East Africa?
Region’s Secretary General Receives U.S. Senators
AllAfrica (Tanzania Daily News), April 15, 2012 – Senators and Representatives of the Congress from the United States of America… paid an official visit to the Secretary General for the East African Community, Dr Richard Sezibera, in Arusha ….The delegation led by Senator James Inhofe,…. also included Senator John Boozman(Arkansas), Congressman Jeff Miller (Florida), Congressman Steve Pearce (New Mexico) and Congressman Vernon Buchanan (Florida)…. Also in attendance was the EAC Deputy Secretary General in charge of Political Federation, Ms Beatrice Kiraso. In his remarks, Senator Inhofe praised the Secretary General for leading his troops in the integration process…. Senator Inhofe further noted that the USA was keeping tabs on the progress and developments at the EAC.
EAC to draft constitution for political federation
New Vision (Uganda), Sept 12, 2013 – The East African Community (EAC) is to name a team to draft the Constitution for the regional political federation….[Ambassador] Hatega said Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda started on the process in June and were later joined by Burundi during the August Mombasa summit. He explained that the treaty that established the EAC stipulated for steps namely the customs union, common market, monetary union and the final stage of political federation.
How could these members of the U.S. Congress and Senate go to the East African Community to promote this “free flow of goods, services and people” across national borders — and actually meet with the EAC deputy secretary general in charge of facilitating the political federation of those nations — and it not occur to them that this so-called free-trade “free flow” objective is the main cause for the derelict border policy on our own borders in the U.S.? The “free flow” mantra is an integral part of the so-called “free trade” agenda, and inevitably leads to integrated political jurisdiction as in the EAC.
NAFTA tribunals now claim authority to overturn U.S. Supreme Court commerce decisions, and thus claim North American jurisdiction.

TPP a ‘Back Door’ to Deepen NAFTA: Mexico Ambassador The Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), a trans-regional trade deal, would use a “back door” approach to further empower NAFTA, Arturo Sarukhan, then Mexico’s ambassador to the U.S., said at the NAFTA 20 Summit.
BLOC HEADS Updated as Full-Length Amnesty Exposé
By Tim Porter, October 8, 2013
BLOC HEADS: Builders of the New World Order, a recent finalist in the Infowars.com/PaulRevere online video contest, was presented in the contest as a YouTube playlist series of nine short video segments. For better viewer convenience and perspective in the current effort to expose the real globalist purpose behind “comprehensive immigration reform” amnesty legislation, BLOC HEADS has now been updated and reposted on YouTube in a single full length version. It is also reposted on DailyMotion in two parts of just under an hour each (Part 1: Europe, Asia & Pacific, Africa, S America) (Part 2: North America, Origins of Regionalism).
The audio has been completely reworked, and over ten minutes of important new video have been added, mostly to an updated North America section. The original YouTube segment playlist has been updated as well.
This improved posting of BLOC HEADS also advances perspective of the ongoing economic crisis, the “war on terrorism,” the current push to intervene in nations such as Syria – and even gun control – all within the context of incremental “region-building.” BLOC HEADS documents the corroborating evidence of region-building and its common objectives throughout the world. This evidence is the most effective tool for communicating to derelict public officials that the public is awakening to their “comprehensive immigration reform” amnesty as another incremental step toward a North American Union, within a New World Order of regional blocs.

The effect of these overlapping free trade agreements was further revealed by the globalist ambassador of Mexico to the U.S., Arturo Sarukhánin, in his remarks at the “NAFTA 20″ anniversary conference in San Antonio last November: “I don’t think there’s the political willingness, at least in Canada and in the United States today to go down the route of deepening NAFTA. The beauty of TPP is that it allows us to do this through the back door. Why? Because by having Mexico, Canada, and the United States join the TPP negotiations, it will bring us up from the bootstraps….It modernizes NAFTA…. In many ways NAFTA was a 1.0 free trade agreement; TPP is a 3.0 free trade agreement.”

Bloc Heads — What is Bilderberg building?
Infowars.com, May 31, 2013 – Filmmaker Tim Porter looks at origins and the strategy behind the 10 regional trading blocs being set up to control the world in this series of short videos, Bloc Heads — Builders of the New World Order, produced for the Operation Paul Revere Contest. Each group is set up from a banker’s perspective — common currency, common trading region, destruction of national sovereignty.

The latest economic crisis, a “fiscal cliff,” looms for the U.S. economy in 2013, with consequences for the entire global financial system. Clearly, this fiscal cliff is the result of dereliction in Washington. But the real problem in Washington is that many of these politicians from both major political parties, along with their special-interest backers, are also collaborators in a Machiavellian, crisis-creating process patterned after the European Union’s “Monnet method.”

Re: Region-Building: U.S. Foreign and Economic Policy
….At varying stages, all of these geopolitical regions, including North America, are pursuing the same “region-building” objectives [as documented in the attached review], including:
● “Harmonization“ of trade, customs and industry regulations among the nations within each region.
● Integrated regional infrastructure, including regional power grids, pipelines and highways. The TAPI pipeline through South Asia will be part of Afghanistan’s integration into SAARC and its “New Silk Road,” just as the Keystone pipeline is part of the North American transportation / energy grid and ostensibly represents North American energy “interdependence.”
● Integrated regional courts, tribunals, parliaments and regulatory agencies that supersede national jurisdictions.
● Integrated military and law enforcement, with intelligence information sharing, ostensibly to fight terrorism and crime “that transcends national borders.”
● “Outer security perimeters” modeled after the European Union’s “Schengen zone,” within which there is to be a “free flow of cargo, services and people” among the nations within each regional perimeter. Only in this context does the motive for congressional and presidential dereliction in U.S. border security over the past several decades become clear. Such dereliction opens the door for the terrorism and the drug-crime “chaos” pretext that will encourage public acceptance of regionally integrated law enforcement, military and intelligence. The “Fast and Furious” gun-running operation that further empowered Mexican drug gangs is a prime example of this “chaos” methodology.
● Economic and monetary integration, up to and including a common currency in each region….
THOUGH FINAL ALIGNMENT, BIBLE CORRELATIONS UNCLEAR, TEN GEOPOLITICAL REGIONS ARE CLEARLY TODAY’S REALITY By Tim Porter, Circumspect News, March 15, 2012 In the 1960s, a predominant view among Bible expositors was that when the European Common Market reached a total of ten western European nations, the time would be right for the fulfillment of the Bible’s prophecies concerning the “ten kings.”
Roughly fifty years later, and after the European Union has grown to 27 member nations, those Bible teachers’ inadvertent lesson is clear: When it comes to interpreting current events with Bible prophecy, one must take care not to be too dogmatic. A larger, global scenario has now emerged. It is a scenario that sees Europe not as being comprised of “ten kingdoms,” but sees Europe itself as being one of the ten, albeit the most prominent among them. Surely, Europa is riding this beast.
A joint study of the Australia and New Zealand productivity commissions, April 2012, Page 19 ….In reality, countries can adopt some elements from different levels of integration. Accordingly, bilateral and regional arrangements tend to be more complicated than suggested by figure 5. For example, current trans-Tasman arrangements embody elements of free trade and a common market.
In many respects Australia and New Zealand are good candidates for higher levels of integration due to: similarities in culture, institutions and values; geographic proximity; and a common language. Even so, there are also some potential downsides to high levels of integration. For example, some decisions may need to be taken above the national level and this can be regarded as unduly compromising national sovereignty. [Comment: Australia and New Zealand are the principal nations in the Pacific Islands Forum, and their bilateral integration toward a common currency would become a springboard for greater regional integration. The above chart from the Australia-New Zealand joint study is the same path that all of the world's major geopolitical regions have embarked upon toward regional governance. Currently, North America is moving past level one (free trade), with intensive effort being made, through the Beyond the Border agreement, the Regulatory Cooperation Council and the North America Leaders Summit, to reach level three. According to a USG (U.S. government) document released by Wikileaks, attention will be focused upon level four (a common currency) once level three is in place.]
